Currently this integration is available in Beta. Please request access to Alias by contacting ConsignR Support.
In Order to use this integration you will need an API Key for your Alias Seller account. Please contact GOAT Seller Support to request your API Key.
Things to Know:
It will fully manage listings for Active items added to your ConsignR inventory. Once something sells, the order will sync back to ConsignR and the item will be delisted from any other connected sales channels automatically.
Inventory that was previously listed directly on Alias will need to be removed if the same inventory is stores in ConsignR to prevent duplicate listings from being posted.
Any Inventory directly added to Alias will be ignored by ConsignR and untouched.
All New and Used items are supported for listings. If you have images set on your Inventory Items within ConsignR these images will be uploaded to the Alias listing. Alias' photo policies still apply. If your images are not valid for listing they can be retaken in the Alias app or can be updated in ConsignR. You will be notified by email from Alias if your listing fails review.
Initial Setup:
Remove any listings on Alias if the same Inventory item is already Active in ConsignR.
Go to Settings -> Integrations -> New Integration and click Connect on the Alias card.
Input your Alias API Key to initiate the connection to ConsignR.
Configure any Price Adjustment you'd like to add onto listings.

You can set a fixed markup or discount on your existing prices.
Auto Confirm Orders
Enabling this setting will automatically confirm orders once ConsignR detects them.
Auto Generate Shipping Labels
You must have Auto Confirm Orders enabled to use this setting. This will automatically generate a Non-Bulk Shipping Label for the order at the same time it's confirmed.
Using both of the Auto Confirm/Generate Settings above will allow you to streamline your fulfillment workflow by downloading the label in ConsignR and proceeding straight to ship the order without needing to jump between platforms.
If an item fails to match with a catalog entry on GOAT you can manually search for the Product from the "Edit Product" modal within ConsignR.
